You will learn more about your own communication style and that of others and how to use that to improve your communication at work.  You will also look at types of communication, other barriers to communication along with the key skills of questioning and active listening.  The modules also cover the 7Cs model of effective communication, how to be more assertive in your communications and the basics of adopting a successful negotition style.
