- Agreeing on the project objectives from stakeholders requirements 

- Develop the project scope 

- The Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) 

- The project organisation 

- The project schedule (Network Diagram, Critical Path, Gantt Chart, Milestones) 

- The project budget and manage risks 

- Effective project control
