There are so may Learning Programs available today. I have attended many Training Programs, but do I really benefit from them all. The answer will be big “NO”. Teaching students is a challenging job and what is more challenging is the Learning. The Effectiveness of Training greatly depends on the Trainer too. There are a few things which makes you an effective Trainer, let me just list it down for you.

• The Trainer should have a helpful nature, you are here to make a change in other’s life. An effective teacher can build a positive effect on the student.
• Do your students contact you even after years? Or they love to keep in touch with you all the time. It is a sign that you are an effective trainer. If you have experienced it, then it is a proof of your Capability.
• Another Quality a Trainer must have is the patience. Show patience to your students and take an extra effort to make them understand.
• You have to find versatile ways to teach your students. The innovative and unique approaches to training make a big effect on students and the training as well.
• The Trainer should be supportive and motivational to the students. Reward and encourage your students to make them more interested in your teachings. Give a positive message to your students and let them enjoy your lessons.
• Trainers have to be more flexible and creative. They need to adjust with different situations, if your lesson plan is not working in a particular group of audience they you have adapt with the scenario and able to change your Lesson Plan.
• Have a sense of Humor , it can make a big positive change in your students. It can make your students interested in your Lessons and keep them more relaxed. It helps the students to have a better understanding and retaining of Information.
• There are few things you have to consider, when you decide to go for online training.
• You have to spend couple of hours online every day to have an interaction with your students.
• It is better to have an experience in online Learning by going through the experience of an E-Learning student in the same platform. It helps you to have more effectiveness in your online Training.
• The interactivity with your students will be a crucial factor in online Learning. Have a frequent communication with your students. It will improve the online training to a Great extend.
